21 Questions- Get to Know me tag!

Are you named after anyone? My mum really liked these books with these little cute character drawings in them and the illustrator was called Mabel Lucie Attwell. My mum didn't want to called me Mabel, so instead she called me Lucy-May!


When was the last time you cried? I think it was about a week and a half ago-I was running out of time to study for Psychology and I had so much beauty work to do, everything was just getting too much and my life was just all so cluttered! I wanted to stay up late and do work but my parents said I had to go to bed and I was just thinking omg how will I ever get everything done!! But it's great now :) 


Do you have kids? No :P


If you were another person, would you be a friend of yourself? I think so :)


Do you use sarcasm a lot? Sometimes, but only if I know people well!


Will you ever bungee-jump? Maybe, I don't think I could actually jump off though! I'd rather go para-gliding or sky diving with an instructor :)


Whats you favourite cereal? It is Kellog's Crunchy Bites that has caramel pieces in it! I don't like caramel otherwise though :)


Whats the first thing you notice about people? It's a bit bad, but... eyebrows! They are my worst feature naturally, but my favourite feature once I have my eyebrow makeup on :P so I always notice them first! After that its facial expressions! :)


What is your favourite eye colour? I love when people have bright green eyes!


Scary movies or happy endings? Happy endings :) Scary movies-I end up looking at the floor or wall for most of the film instead of the actual screen when I think something really scary is about to happen! So theres not too much point in me watching them lol!


Favourite smells? Fresh washing, or the smell after its really rained! I'm sure I do have a favourite, I just can't remember it right now! Maybe I'll update this if I remember!

Computer or television? Without a doubt, computer!!


Whats the furthest you've ever been from home? I think Orlando :) I have flown to Las Vegas but I was too little to remember!


Do you have any special talents? None that I can think of :(

What are your hobbies? There not exactly all hobbies, but my favourite ways to spend my time apart from hanging around with people haha, are doing makeup, sitting with tea and biscuits and being on my laptop, going to London, travelling abroad, shopping, making lists (to-do lists, goals, wish-lists - any type of list imaginable!!) and plans, looking up homes I'd love to live in :P, making YouTube videos and watching my favourite YouTubers videos, browsing online shopping putting stuff into baskets but usually with no intention to actually make an order! Listen to music, talking on the phone to people, sunbathe when its hot!


Do you have any pets? A rabbit called Ruby and a hamster named Lily!


Favourite movies? Devil Wears Prada, the Notebook, Black Swan, The Holiday, Inventing the Abbots


Do you have any siblings? Two little brothers that are twins - Joe and Ben <3


What do you want to be when you grow up? I'm studying level 2 beauty therapy at the moment, so after I've done my level 3, I would love to work somewhere nice in London, and then when I'm a bit older I would so love to work for Steiner on the ships as a therapist! Maybe I want to go into makeup, I'm not too sure- but definitely beauty or makeup! It's a dream of mine to one day open a salon in Knightsbridge, or just somewhere amazing in London! I wish to live in central London, and one day have a family of my own, quite a big family :)

Big Haul!!! New Look, Lush, Forever 21, H&M, Boots, Body Shop, Clinique!

Over the past few weeks I've been buying a lot of clothes and beauty products, so I decided to save it up and make a collective haul! I'm going to be reviewing some of the products I brought, such as the Body Shop Rainforest Shampoo and Conditioner and the Clinique eye cream. The clothes on the other hand, you'll be seeing in outfit of the day blog posts and videos, which I usually do on my channel when I have an outfit on that I actually like! However, these clothes will probably not be making an appearance for at least another few weeks, since the weather in England is still awful! I cannot wait for summer to roll round, like I'm sure practically every other person in the UK is, after all having to endure months of rain, wind and gloomy skies! The one thing that I can at least start wearing for now is the Biker Boots I picked up from New Look! I wasn't too sure whether to get them since its nearly spring, but I think they are a fairly classic item that I can still wear next winter, and luckily I went ahead with the purchase because when I got to the counter they had been reduced to £10 down from £30! So happy! Hope you like the video and if you decide to follow me I would be even happier!

Get To Know Me.

I love falling asleep to the sound of the rain on the window. Other than that, my other favourite sounds are the ocean, crickets and birds singing! Music too! :) I would prefer to eat the hot chocolate powder than actually make it into a drink! I love chocolate, I don't have a favourite bar, but Galaxy, Kitkat Chunky, Buenos, Happy Hippos are probably at the top! In Starbucks, I always, always get a tea, because its the only thing I like in there other than hot chocolate, but theirs are sometimes too chocolaty even for me! But I put some of the chocolate powder in the tea from the sugar and milk stand! Yellow is the colour I like the most. At school in the winter, towards the end of the day, the thought of tea and biscuits when I get home is one of the only things that makes me keep on concentrating. I am in sixth form, but I'm starting at Beauty School in April! I cannot wait! I can be clever, I could go to university if I tried, but it's really not for me. I just want to start living the life I want to now, not in 5 years! Things that have happened to me over the past few years weren't fun, but I'm glad in a way, despite a few annoying traits they've left me with, because now I know to appreciate everything so much more than I did, and to not take things for granted. 2011 so far has taught me things can change in an instant, and to just follow your dreams. 

I cannot wait for the summer, and I love nothing more than waking up and my bedroom is literally flood with the sunshine rushing in through the window! I love getting the train to the beach and sitting there all day. I love going to London, sometimes its most fun to just go by yourself- its probably the only place I wouldn't mind going to by myself-you can't really look like a loner there! On the trains, I never read, sometimes listen to my music, but quietly. Instead I prefer just watching everything thats going on around me! I love painting nails, and laughing, and ordering things online-I think its more fun than buying something in the shop! I collect makeup, but nail varnishes and jewellery featuring birds or owls are probably my biggest collection! Right now I love stud earrings, since I'm just getting back into wearing them again! 

I try to always be happy and optimistic and see the good in something bad. Sometimes I don't see it straight away, but I always will. I love to help people, and I love surprising people! I like walking around barefoot, being excited planning something, laughing so much you can't even hear yourself laughing anymore, McDonalds cokes, summer nights, sunny mornings, realising when you have something in common with someone, taking a super good photo, talking on the phone, going on a big trip or adventure, taking off on an aeroplane, getting post, singing along to a song, doing peoples makeup, making videos, beans on toast, pot noodles, looking at tumblr's, looking through the 'new in' section on clothes websites, sleepovers, Harvester salads, finding someone easy to talk to, obviously my family and best friend, getting a tan, smooth skin, sunsets, thinking of the future, photos, old fashioned stuff, concerts in the standing crowd, Friday nights, the thought and feeling of euphoria! <3
